When you create an account, we collect:

Name and email address
Ministry assignment and role (assigned by admin)
Photos you upload to reports and gallery
Push notification tokens for sending event notifications

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide access to church events, reports, and live streams
To send push notifications about upcoming events
To manage ministry assignments and roles
To display daily Bible verses

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only visible to church administrators and leaders within the app.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using encrypted databases and cloud storage. Photos are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with industry-standard security protocols.

5. Push Notifications

We use Expo Push Notification service to send event reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting your church administrator.

7. Children's Privacy

KingdomApp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app.
